Our Story
Owners and operators Robert and Natalie Williams have been in the restaurant industry since 1989. Robert first began cultivating his expert and unique talent as the head chef at Davenports, The American Diner, and Cadwalladers Cafe prior to starting up Roux’s Gourmet Catering in the fall of 1996.
