We got out and beat the streets yesterday for a summer in-home party. Thanks to Fulcher-Hagler Law for having us! We served our Pepper Seared Salmon with Lemon-Caper Butter Sauce, Grilled Chicken with Roasted Tomato Chimichurrie, Roux`s New Orleans Style "Dirty" Rice, Oven Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan and Fresh Pesto, Spinach and Strawberry Salad with our House-Made Vidalia Onion Vinegarette, and for something Sweet we offered New York Style Cheese Cake with Salted Caramel and Chocolate Sauces.
