You can choose from a variety of Roux’s most popular menu items like smoked chicken quesadillas with cilantro sour cream or tequila and lime poached salmon, also the grilled portabella mushrooms and shrimp and andouille skewers. The California rolls, sesame ginger chicken sticks, pork and scallion spring rolls, and fried pot stickers are some of the Pacific Rim flavors Roux’s Offers. Roux’s Southern Traditional items, like Carolina crab cakes with herb tarter sauce, shaved pork loin on toasted corn bread with tomato mint salsa, homemade hush puppies, low country steamed shrimp, grits, praline crusted baked brie, and house stuffed mushrooms are all local favorites.
