You can choose from a variety of Roux’s most popular menu items like smoked chicken quesadillas with cilantro sour cream or tequila and lime poached salmon, the grilled portabella mushrooms and shrimp and andouille skewers. The California rolls, sesame ginger chicken sticks, pork and scallion spring rolls, and fried pot stickers are some of the Pacific Rim flavors Roux’s offers. Roux’s Southern Traditional items, like Carolina crab cakes with herb tarter sauce, shaved pork loin on toasted corn bread with tomato mint salsa, homemade hush puppies, low country steamed shrimp, grits, praline crusted baked brie, and house stuffed mushrooms are all local favorites.

Roux’s can also offer creative food stations like the shrimp and grits bar, mashed potato bar, grilled pizza stations, ice cream bars, and even made to order grilled cheese sandwiches.  Traditional food stations like pasta bars, carving stations, seafood displays, Mexican stations, and a number of other regional and themed food stations are also popular.

Roux’s has a full menu of office lunches with sandwiches and pasta dishes. The most popular are the express hot lunches with a blend of traditional Southern items like hickory smoked pulled pork, BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, and lima beans. Roux’s can also prepare more contemporary items like apple grilled chicken with wild mushroom sauce and blackened chicken with Creole sauce and dirty rice. These menus offer the same flexibility as the other menus allowing clients to request custom items not on the lunch menu.
